Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training).

Key Responsibilities

• Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training
• Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory
• Able to evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations
• Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Management
