Manager, Accounts Receivable Litigation

Job Summary

Overseeing a team responsible for managed care contracts, the full-time remote Manager, Accounts Receivable Litigation will manage contract implementation, ensure accurate contract language interpretation, and serve as a liaison with financial managers to enhance understanding of reimbursement calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and trains team members to meet departmental objectives
• Manages contract implementation and coding updates within the contract management system
• Collaborates with stakeholders to troubleshoot contract calculations and enhance contract modeling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
• 4-6 years of experience in managed care contract administration or accounts receivable required
• 1-3 years of prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of managed care contracting and reimbursement methodologies
• Proficiency with relational databases, including SQL or similar query tools
