Job Summary
Leading a collaborative team of onshore and offshore engineers, the full-time Manager, Application Development will optimize specialty pharmacy distribution systems and drive system enhancements through innovative AI solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage blended onshore and offshore engineering teams to ensure high delivery standards
- Partner with business leaders to build and execute a strategic roadmap for Specialty Pharmacy Distribution applications
- Drive post-implementation stability and continuous enhancements, ensuring seamless integration between custom-built solutions and enterprise platforms
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in application development and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience leading distributed development teams and third-party contractors
- Prior technical background as a Software Engineer or Database Engineer
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance standards, including PHI and HITRUST
