Manager Commercial Analytics
Job Summary
To support the growth of the commercial organization, the full-time Manager Commercial Analytics will establish a new analytics function, creating a governed data model and delivering actionable insights to Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Strategy leaders while working in a flexible hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the commercial data model in the Sales BI platform for growth-focused analytics
- Produce key performance indicators and analytics to support commercial leaders in decision-making and forecasting
- Automate reporting cycles and present analysis and recommendations to commercial and finance leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations, or a comparable analytics role
- 3+ years of experience managing analysts or teams
- Advanced SQL and SAQL skills for complex queries against Salesforce and CRM datasets
- Experience building production data models and dashboards in an enterprise business intelligence platform
