Manager, Data Integration

Job Summary

To lead the data integration strategy, the full-time remote Manager, Data Integration will manage program development, oversee technical initiatives, and coordinate project development involving data integration technology across UW Medicine's critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and management for data integration strategy, including planning, design, implementation, and quality assurance
• Supervise architects, analysts, developers, and consultants, while collaborating with project managers and other teams
• Coordinate project development for data integration technology initiatives, including Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of Healthcare IT experience, including 4+ years with Cloverleaf interface engine and Epic Bridges
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 8 or more people
• Demonstrated leadership experience in complex project environments with diverse stakeholders
• Experience establishing systems design and programming standards
