Recruit, retain, and develop engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of team management experience
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
Experience with automation testing frameworks and cloud services
Comfortable working and leading a team remotely
