Manager Donor Communications

Job Summary

To enhance donor engagement and support revenue growth, the full-time Manager Donor Communications will develop strategic communications for mid-level, major, and transformational donors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Write and manage donor cultivation materials, impact reports, and targeted collateral to support fundraising activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational funding priorities and develop resources connecting donor interests with mission-driven impact
• Implement scalable communications processes and track program metrics to improve quality and measure effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; relevant coursework or certifications in nonprofit management, communications, or fundraising preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in donor communications, stewardship, or major gifts within a nonprofit organization
• Experience writing about complex medical and scientific content for a lay audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, and Canva is a plus
• Experience with design and formatting that aligns with organizational brand standards
