Manager, ERP Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the deployment of AI-enabled ERP capabilities, the full-time Manager, ERP Engineering will design, architect, and support scalable solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected platforms while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and support of AI-enabled SAP automation and workflows across SAP S/4HANA
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and production-ready solutions
- Establish operational monitoring, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices
Required qualifications
- 12-15+ years of SAP technology experience with S/4HANA and enterprise automation
- Deep expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule, and intelligent automation frameworks
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI-enabled SAP solutions
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes including FICO, OTC, and PTP
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
