Manager, ERP Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the design and deployment of integrations for SAP S/4HANA, the full-time remote Manager, ERP Engineering will manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, focusing on modernizing integration landscapes and enhancing operational reliability through innovative technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ERP integration engineering, translating business-process needs into secure and scalable solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Own the entire integration lifecycle, including architecture, development standards, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Guide and mentor integration teams, prioritize releases, and align stakeholders across business, application, and infrastructure domains
Required qualifications
- 10-14+ years of SAP Integration experience, including expertise in SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as MuleSoft, API Management, and B2B/EDI integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, and integration troubleshooting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with cloud and hybrid integration architectures, as well as Generative AI and AI integrations
