Job Summary
Leading the redesign of the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) program, the full-time remote Manager, FCC Monitoring & Testing will oversee monitoring and testing efforts across the Americas, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign and strengthen the FCC monitoring and testing approach across the Americas
- Build and deliver a regional assurance plan aligned with local risk assessments and regulatory expectations
- Utilize data analytics and AI to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring and testing methodologies
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of global AML and Sanctions frameworks
- Proven experience in program monitoring and testing within a financial crime compliance context
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and regulators
- Experience in a second-line financial crime compliance, risk, or assurance function
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
