Manager, FP&A GTM

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Manager, FP&A GTM, who will manage GTM planning and performance management processes, partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, and lead the FP&A team to enhance financial modeling and reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for GTM functions, ensuring timely delivery and clear assumptions
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to GTM executives, preparing executive-ready materials and supporting strategic initiatives with rigorous analysis
• Manage and develop the FP&A team, setting expectations for quality and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related analytical fields (10+ years for Sr. Manager level), including leadership experience
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Deep experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
• Proven ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and communicate complex analysis clearly
• Experience managing and developing finance talent, with a focus on improving team output quality
