Manager, Global Organic SEO

Job Summary

Owning the organic search and AI-driven discovery strategy, the full-time Manager, Global Organic & AI Discovery will focus on enhancing HEYDUDE's digital presence across global platforms, including marketplaces, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global organic search and AI optimization strategy to achieve revenue and traffic goals
• Manage technical SEO across regions, conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and optimizing on-page elements
• Track performance of organic and AI-driven discovery globally, identifying emerging trends and opportunities

Required qualifications

• BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on technical SEO and AI technologies
• Experience with international SEO, including hreflang and multi-market strategies
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Botify, Screaming Frog) and web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4)
• Ability to manage agency relationships and leverage insights for performance improvement
