Manager, GTM FP&A

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the remote Manager, GTM FP&A will oversee hardware revenue forecasting, drive strategy, and communicate with executive leadership while managing the revenue reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue strategy and decision-making by partnering closely with marketing, commercial, and supply chain leadership
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual hardware revenue reporting processes across internal GTM stakeholders
• Develop and expand the hardware revenue forecasting model while managing its rollout within a tool for streamlined insights

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant finance experience, with FP&A experience preferred
• Experience forecasting for complex consumer goods businesses
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred
• Familiarity with US GAAP accounting principles and full P&L
• Demonstrated success using AI tools in a financial reporting context
