Manager, ITA Communications
Job Summary
To enhance engagement within the Independent Travel Advisor community, the full-time Manager, ITA Communications will develop and execute communication strategies, recognition programs, and networking opportunities while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive advisor engagement strategy to strengthen connections and participation within the ITA community
- Create programs that foster collaboration and community among advisors, while monitoring engagement trends and recommending strategies for improvement
- Manage advisor-facing communication channels and partner with leadership to ensure timely and relevant information is disseminated to advisors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications, community engagement, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in developing engagement strategies and communication programs
- Experience within the luxury travel, hospitality, or travel advisor industry
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
