Manager LMS Integrations

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional technical team, the full-time Manager LMS Integrations will oversee the integration ecosystem and extensibility standards for the learning management system (LMS), primarily focusing on D2L Brightspace, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain integration standards and manage the integrations and customization roadmap for the LMS ecosystem
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for LMS integration governance and lead testing, UAT, and release readiness for SIS/LMS changes
• Build relationships with academic and business stakeholders to align university strategic goals with standards-based integration solutions

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, instructional technology, business administration, or a related field
• Experience with enterprise LMS ecosystems, preferably D2L Brightspace, and integration-heavy environments
• Understanding of integration concepts, including LTI, APIs, and SIS/LMS integration processes
• Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with technical teams and operational stakeholders
