Job Summary

Leading a team of National Account Coordinators, the full-time remote Manager will oversee daily performance, implement process improvements, and ensure effective customer issue resolution while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the National Account Coordinator team
• Develop and refine processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee coordination of rental orders and collaborate with National Account Managers on customer relationships

Required qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of the equipment rental industry is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
