Manager of Academic Partnerships

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time Manager of Academic Partnerships will own and expand Academic Medical Center partnerships, driving operational success and collaboration across sales, product, and engineering in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deepen AMC partnerships post-acquisition, enhancing adoption of Paradigm's solutions
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking and alignment across provider success teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare technology, or customer success, preferably with AMCs or large health systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-site environments
• Background in program/project management with cross-functional execution experience
• Prior people management experience with the ability to build and scale teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
