Manager of Agreements and Compliance

Job Summary

To support Medical Affairs initiatives, the full-time Manager of Agreements and Compliance will co-lead the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead the contracting process for various agreement types and ensure timely contract submissions and compliance with regulatory standards
• Proactively identify and resolve contracting and payment issues through collaboration and conflict resolution
• Champion innovation and continuous learning by exploring new tools and sharing insights across teams to enhance contracting operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end contract management and compliance monitoring
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ethical standards in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, and Medical Affairs teams
• Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office
• 3+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
