Manager of Analytical Engineering
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Manager of Analytical Engineering, this role will manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of core data models and infrastructure, enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable data products
- Develop a centralized data layer to harmonize and provide enterprise-level data access
- Design and implement organized architectural solutions to optimize data pipelines and enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Working knowledge of DAG-based pipeline design and experience with version control systems
- Experience in agile/scrum environments and requirement gathering for technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with Data Build Tool (dbt) is a plus
