Manager of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time remote Manager of Analytics will drive strategic insights and operational decisions by leveraging data, collaborating with leadership on key performance indicators, and guiding the creation of effective data visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily team operations and provide direction to enhance the business unit's understanding and use of analytics
• Analyze trends to identify business opportunities and risks, optimizing outcomes through actionable recommendations
• Champion data governance and ensure alignment with Enterprise Analytics standards while promoting self-service analytics capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports
• Strong leadership and visionary abilities with a creative approach to solving business challenges using data
• Familiarity with predictive modeling and machine learning concepts
• Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments, maintaining presence and communication during meetings
