Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time Manager of Analytics will oversee the development and maintenance of analytics-focused products, including dashboards and reports, in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery and health of analytics products published by the team
- Ensure the integrity and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and data-related deliverables
- Delegate tasks effectively while remaining hands-on to maintain close engagement with content and technology
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool
