Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time Manager of Analytics will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of analytics-focused products, including dashboards and reports, while working remotely.

- Oversee the development, integrity, and maintenance of analytics products, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Effectively delegate tasks while maintaining hands-on involvement with content and technology
- Lead the team in delivering analytics solutions that support organizational goals and improve data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool
