Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time Manager of Analytics will be responsible for the delivery and health of analytics-focused products, including the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data-related deliverables in a remote setting.

- Oversee the development, integrity, and maintenance of analytics products including dashboards and reports
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining hands-on involvement to ensure quality and alignment with technology

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool
