Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time Manager of Analytics and Business Intelligence will be responsible for the development, integrity, and maintenance of analytics-focused products, including dashboards and reports, in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delivery and health of analytics products published by the team
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and data-related deliverables
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining hands-on involvement with content and technology
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or 4+ years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool
