Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time Manager of Analytics and Business Intelligence will oversee the development and maintenance of analytics-focused products, including dashboards and reports, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery and health of analytics products published by the team
- Ensure the integrity and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and data-related deliverables
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a hands-on approach to content and technology
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of healthcare data analytics experience
- 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool
