Job Summary
To support data-informed decision-making, the full-time Manager of Analytics Engineering will develop and maintain core data models and infrastructure, enabling self-service analytics while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data products
- Design and implement a centralized data layer to harmonize data across multiple platforms
- Develop and document data transformation processes within a governed metadata framework
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in data engineering or analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with DAG-based pipeline design and version control systems like Git
- Hands-on experience with data build tools (e.g., dbt) is a plus
