Job Summary
Leading a team of data visualization engineers, the full-time Manager of Analytics Engineering will transform raw data into governed analytics assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and train a team of data visualization engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
- Develop and implement analytics engineering strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and present insights, tracking objectives and key results (OKRs) for strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years in a related data visualization or data engineering role
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a team
- Advanced experience with dbt and Snowflake
- Proven experience in developing and delivering data visualization or business intelligence solutions
