Manager of Analytics Insights
Job Summary
To support data initiatives in the rental car industry, the fully remote Manager of Analytics Insights will analyze data related to fleet management and customer behavior, develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for fleet management and customer engagement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with various teams to implement process improvements and support growth strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and R
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical software for data trend analysis
- Experience working within the PROS revenue management system
