Manager of Analytics Partners

Job Summary

Leading a team of Analytics Business Partners, the full-time Manager of Analytics Partners will oversee analytics intake, manage cross-functional delivery pods, and ensure predictable and valuable analytics delivery while working in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Hire, develop, and coach a team of Analytics Business Partners, enhancing their skills in backlog ownership and stakeholder management
• Define and manage the enterprise intake process for data and analytics requests, ensuring clear decision-making and appropriate team assignments
• Coordinate cross-pod initiatives and maintain prioritization of work based on business value, reporting on demand and delivery performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, health technology, or data and analytics environments
• 5+ years of experience translating business needs into data and analytics solutions
• 3+ years of people management or leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience with agile delivery, including backlog management and planning
