Manager of BI Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the remote Manager of BI Data Analytics will prioritize and deliver analytical insights to support business growth, while actively managing team development and fostering cross-functional relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership on team vision and prioritize analytical work while ensuring quality delivery
• Co-create and independently deliver executive narratives and presentations in senior leadership forums
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships, serving as a thought partner for data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence with a track record of complex, business-critical work
• People management experience leading a team of 4 or more, with a focus on talent development
• Experience across multiple business domains, capable of context-switching effectively
• Analytical fluency to assess methodologies and identify flawed metrics
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based analytical platforms preferred
