Job Summary

To streamline broker account monitoring, the full-time remote Manager of Broker Account Monitoring will manage customer relationships, optimize broker data feed activation, and ensure data quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the activation and maintenance of broker data feeds, ensuring high data quality and issue resolution
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize broker account integration and enhance product features
• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers and aggregators to expand service offerings and improve performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in financial services, regtech, compliance, or regulated domains
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales and industry standards
• Familiarity with compliance-led buying cycles and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to connect technical solutions to customer value and business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and optimizing service delivery
