Manager of Business Intelligence
Job Summary
Leading the creation of impactful client reporting and dashboard solutions, the full-time remote Manager of Business Intelligence will manage the full lifecycle of BI projects, collaborating with clients and BI engineers to transform complex data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary BI relationship partner for clients, leading discovery sessions and business reviews to define needs and success measures
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and maintain a BI solution roadmap for assigned accounts
- Establish delivery plans, manage the BI solution lifecycle, and monitor performance against commitments while resolving cross-functional blockers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics consulting, or BI solution delivery
- Working knowledge of BI platforms such as Power BI, data integration, and enterprise analytics concepts
- Proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of Salesforce report building, SQL, and Python
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and competing priorities
