Working remotely, the full-time Manager of Business Systems Analysis will lead the analysis and translation of healthcare business and regulatory requirements into HIPAA-compliant solutions, focusing on behavioral health claims and encounters.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced HIPAA transaction analysis and ensure compliance with transaction guides and data elements
- Interpret ASC X12 implementation guides and translate client needs into clear business and functional requirements
- Utilize digital tools to optimize analytical workflows and drive continuous quality improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent healthcare data and business systems analysis experience
- 4+ years of experience with medical or behavioral health claims and transaction processing
- 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience for data research and validation
- 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related functional analysis
- 2+ years of experience with ETL mappings and relational databases
