Job Summary
To support a growing pathology labs division, the full-time Manager of Business Transformation will apply management consulting skills to address high-priority business challenges, providing strategic insights and leading implementation efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the planning, analysis, and execution of strategic initiatives within the Transformation Management Office
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Pathology Lab leadership, providing insights and project support to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze complex financial and operational data sets to develop actionable business recommendations and communicate findings effectively
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for management consulting experience
- Strong financial modeling and operational analysis skills
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills for senior executives
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Healthcare, provider services, or laboratory experience preferred
