Manager of CES Operations

Job Summary

Leading operational execution of Career Exploration Services programs, the full-time Manager of CES Operations will oversee business operations staff, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of annual program cycles and customer-facing activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives while monitoring execution progress and addressing risks
• Serve as the operational escalation point for complex customer and stakeholder issues, maintaining strong relationships for successful program delivery
• Establish operational metrics and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8-10 years of related work experience, including 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience leading operational programs and managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop operational processes and documentation
• Experience in a matrixed environment coordinating cross-functional work
