Manager of Compliance and Policy

Job Summary

Managing compliance frameworks and industry trends, the full-time remote Manager of Compliance and Policy will oversee the Certification team's adherence to regulatory changes, provide guidance on compliance-related escalations, and lead client discussions on complex compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead subject matter experts to adapt operational strategies in response to regulatory shifts and market changes
• Oversee and update compliance frameworks, including leading the annual Certification Standards Refresh
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Policy and Compliance team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

Required qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of policy management and compliance standards across relevant verticals
• Strong experience in managing risk and compliance programs with a focus on policy development and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams
• 2-4 years of experience in managing people and/or policy and compliance-related programs
• Open to candidates with a 4-year college degree or a comparable blend of education and experience
