Manager of Coverage Analysis

Job Summary

Leading clinical research pre-award activities, the full-time remote Manager of Coverage Analysis will manage coverage analyses, budget development, and negotiations while ensuring quality and compliance across an active research portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of coverage analyses and budgets for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with institutional requirements
• Manage daily operations and staff while maintaining an assigned portfolio of complex studies
• Establish standardized workflows and performance metrics to enhance the efficiency and quality of coverage analysis processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of recent relevant experience in clinical research pre-award operations
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare coverage analysis and clinical trial budgeting
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex financial decisions
• Proficient in interpreting clinical protocols and translating them into auditable financial decisions
