Job Summary
Focused on enhancing organizational culture, the full-time Manager of Culture Development will design and launch a Manager Development Program, digitize existing development initiatives, and bring the company's culture manifesto to life, all while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the Manager Development Program to equip managers with essential leadership skills
- Digitize and modernize development programs, creating scalable digital and self-service experiences
- Review and optimize the current culture and development portfolio based on user feedback and business needs
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in designing leadership, talent development, or culture programs in a global organization
- Proven track record in launching and scaling manager development programs
- Experience managing senior leadership development programs and working with executive coaching providers
- Strong product mindset with skills in user discovery, prototyping, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field
