Manager of Datacenter Operations

Job Summary

Leading a small technical team, the full-time Manager of Datacenter Operations will oversee the strategy, architecture, governance, and security of the organization's Microsoft cloud environment, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and aligned with business priorities in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Azure strategy and roadmap, translating business and security requirements into a prioritized platform plan
• Define and govern the architecture for Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, ensuring compliance and security controls are in place
• Establish platform guardrails and drive financial governance for cloud services, optimizing costs and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership experience managing cloud, identity, endpoint, or Microsoft platform teams in an enterprise environment
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration
• Strong experience with Azure architecture, including management groups, subscriptions, and Azure Policy
• Advanced knowledge of identity and access management, including Conditional Access and multifactor authentication
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
