Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Development and Integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a dynamic development team, ensuring seamless integration of development processes with DevSecOps practices
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows that optimize collaboration between in-house and offshore teams
- Manage relationships with offshore development vendors and provide regular project updates to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience managing hybrid development teams, including offshore resources
- Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions in Azure, following DevSecOps principles
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with .NET Core and Azure DevOps integrations is a plus
