Job Summary
Leading the organization's No Surprises Act Independent Dispute Resolution operations, the full-time Manager of Dispute Resolution Operations will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, drive operational performance, and manage high-volume arbitration activities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage NSA IDR operations, ensuring timely and compliant handling of dispute resolution activities
- Oversee end-to-end IDR case administration, including initiation, review, determination, and closure
- Monitor operational and financial performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Policy, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, claims, or regulatory operations
- 2+ years of management experience with proven leadership in a high-volume environment
- 3+ years of managed care or health insurance experience
- Familiarity with the No Surprises Act and related dispute-resolution operations preferred
