Manager of Efficacy Research

Job Summary

To drive strategic research initiatives, the full-time remote Manager of Efficacy Research will lead the development and execution of a company-wide research roadmap, manage multiple complex research projects, and mentor a team of researchers to deliver actionable insights that enhance product efficacy and support marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the research roadmap in alignment with product, sales, and marketing goals
• Oversee all phases of research projects, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with industry standards
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of researchers to execute on strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in education research, data science, or analytics, preferably in the K-12 EdTech industry
• Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proven track record of designing and leading impactful education research studies
• Excellent analytic skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools like SPSS, SAS, Python, or R
• Master's degree in education, learning sciences, social science, or a closely related field; PhD preferred
