Manager of Enrollment Operations

Job Summary

Providing leadership and operational oversight, the remote Manager of Enrollment Operations will ensure accurate member enrollment, eligibility maintenance, and provider data management across various health plan products while collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enrollment and provider data management functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
• Develop and monitor business processes and performance metrics to enhance customer and provider experiences
• Lead operational teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support health plan operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field
• Five years of transitional operations experience in health plan operations
• Three years of leadership experience
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan operations preferred
• Knowledge of enrollment platforms and healthcare technology applications
