Manager of Evaluation and Insights

Job Summary

Leading the Evaluation & Insights function, the full-time remote Manager of Evaluation and Insights will provide strategic and operational leadership for evaluation initiatives, oversee complex assessment projects, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance organizational decision-making and program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evaluation strategies aligned with organizational priorities and participant outcomes
• Lead complex evaluation projects and oversee the design and execution of evaluation plans, including qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Supervise and develop a team of evaluation professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in program evaluation, education, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in program evaluation and assessment, including leading complex initiatives
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a professional setting
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing mixed-method evaluation approaches
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders
