Leading a team of Experience Cloud Specialists, the full-time Manager of Experience Cloud Specialists will drive the execution of Granicus' Government Experience Cloud growth strategy, focusing on customer engagement, platform adoption, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Experience Cloud Specialists to enhance customer adoption and platform strategies
- Establish performance expectations and operating rhythms to ensure alignment with customer and revenue objectives
- Collaborate with various departments to connect customer priorities with effective platform strategies and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in government technology, SaaS, or related fields
- At least two years of experience leading customer-facing teams or cross-functional programs
- Proven success in driving customer growth, platform adoption, or migration initiatives
- Strong understanding of State and Local government operations and technology modernization
- Experience with Salesforce and related business systems preferred
