Manager of Financial Planning
Job Summary
To support the scaling of a hyperscale data center development platform, the full-time remote Manager of Financial Planning will build and lead the financial planning function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and project cash flow analysis while collaborating with various teams to enhance financial visibility and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, including financial consolidation and leadership reporting
- Develop and maintain project-level cash flow forecasts and analyze key development financial metrics
- Build financial dashboards and reporting packages for executive stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, development finance, or project finance
- Strong understanding of data center development economics and project cash flows
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in corporate budgeting and forecasting
- Experience partnering with development, construction, and procurement teams
