Manager of Financial Systems
Job Summary
To support a global finance organization, the full-time Manager of Financial Systems will manage the health and evolution of the financial technology stack, lead automation and AI transformation efforts, and oversee the integration of financial systems across multiple subsidiaries in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of financial systems, including requirements definition, solution design, and production support
- Conduct business process mapping and translate requirements into system solutions while collaborating with various business groups
- Define the technical roadmap for financial systems and automation, advocating for high-value use cases within the finance organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems or ERP administration, with hands-on expertise in NetSuite OneWorld
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, and integrations with other business systems
- Experience managing sensitive financial data with an understanding of SOX controls and change management
- Demonstrated experience evaluating or implementing AI tools in a finance context
