Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders to drive strategic planning and financial decision-making, the full-time remote Manager of FP&A will oversee annual planning cycles, deliver insights on performance, and enhance financial reporting processes within a rapidly growing technology marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes to align financial plans with strategic priorities
• Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that aid in performance evaluation and risk navigation
• Collaborate with various departments to improve planning discipline and automate reporting workflows

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial disciplines
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis
• Proven expertise in building financial models for strategic decision-making
• Experience in high-growth environments such as SaaS or technology marketplaces
• Strong capability with planning and analytics platforms like Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
