Manager of Fund Administration

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative, the full-time Manager of Fund Administration will oversee the onboarding of new customers onto fund administration services, focusing on fund accounting and reporting setup in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the successful onboarding of new fund administration customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely execution of project plans and onboarding milestones while delivering an outstanding client experience
• Oversee the collection and review of customer offering documents and financial data, ensuring quality and accuracy before handoff to ongoing service teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate funds
• 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Proven experience with customer onboarding or implementations in a fund administration or fintech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Advanced understanding of complex accounting transactions and reporting requirements for private equity funds
