Manager of Global Operations
Job Summary
To support global operational activities, the full-time Manager of Global Operations will ensure alignment with company goals, engage with global partners, and drive operational excellence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support and direction to Global partners' leadership teams to ensure they become subject matter experts
- Communicate essential updates regarding internal initiatives, procedures, and policies to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and quality
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Records preferred
- At least 1 year of management experience or 2 years of lead experience preferred
- Experience with management applications such as Microsoft Suite, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday
- CRIS certification required
